God, Grant me the serenity to accept the things I cannot change,
The stash to make a quilt to help me cope,
A quilt to give to comfort those I love in times of hurt, fear and uncertainty.
And the courage to keep on sewing when life itself seems held together by a single thread of hope.

It's so pretty. Oh bobbins, thread... they run out.

Enjoy life and do what makes you happy. Everything else will follow.

Every day I try to do one thing that challenges my comfort zone.

    Yikes!

Hope you have a backup one ready to go. I get nervous when the spool looks like that. LOL!

OH NO is right! I hate when that happens. Your work is amazing. It is so hard to get back into a rhythm again when you have to stop and reload the thread. Hope it doesn't ruin your energy.

I do not have a Isacord back up thread but I switched to an ordinary piercing cotton thread.
Not as strong as the Isacord so there are lots of thread breaks and some cussing...

But in the end it was worth it

    Here is to nights work

    What you think ?

Just read your other thread about this project. How special to preserve those textiles. And lovely work, by the way.
