Hello! I used to quilt a lot several years ago but work and family life proved challenging. I am now starting to get back into quilting. I enjoy it and and looking forward to being able to use this group as a resource to help me become a better quilter. Thanks!

Hello and welcome from New Jersey! My bil and sil live near Bucktown. My 18 yr old daughter was out there with them from Sept to the end of Nov. When it snowed on Halloween, she knew she couldn't handle that weather for many more months to come and came home. Are there many quilt shops in Chicago?
