Iím about to finish and orange peel quilt in pinks on a white background. Itís taken awhile but itís turning out lovely.

I have a quilt top finished with the broken orange peel pattern. Still unquilted. I want to do something with curved rulers, but I have taken the plunge yet.

watched a few of these videos last night, https://www.youtube.com/channel/UC0p...2DSwn8Se32TnNQ
are you thinking many patterns or just one all over?
may be tempted to do many patterns, just because why not.
All depends on your preference, the batting max stitch distance, time allowance, thread amount in stock, most importantly if your machine plays nice in free motion settings, if it does not play would go simple.
    have fun

I did a blue and white one with a nautical fabric line and it was quilted to look like water. It is in my Flickr album below should you like to see it.

I did a machine blanket stitch around the orange peels but the quilt was gifted and was going to get quite a bit of use so had it quilted with an all over design to ensure the orange peels would not come loose.

Thank you for the nice comment on my work.
