Pattern? May not be one. This is a simple square block with five different shapes and colors with sashing within each block. You can draw this block up, oh I don't know, in a couple minutes. Determine the block size and quantity depending on finished quilt size requirements.

Yes, there is a pattern. Watch the quilt in a day video. I didn't watch the whole thing, but it's a very easy pattern. Basically, it's a Disappearing 9 Patch which Eleanor made from 10" layer cake squares. The placement of the blocks in vertical rows is explained. Narrow sashing goes between the blocks. It should be a simple pattern to make. There is a pattern if you want to purchase it.

It looks like an old Fabri-Quilt pattern called Fall's Tapestry, to me. I can't find it online now.

You might be able to email them to see if it's the same pattern. It was a free pattern designed by Pine Tree Country Quilts.

I tracked down Katrina's suggestion and this came up. I think the rows are just going a different direction.

                Awesome, Lorie...

fall's tapestry .jpg It's not much better than the other picture. But there are 3 different blocks. Easy to put together. I made it bigger, and still had to add enough to make Howard happy with the drop. It was HUGE by the time I finished!

Looks similar to a pattern I have used that uses fat quarters, called Fat Friday. Very easy and looks good.
That quilt has narrow sashing, Fat Friday doesn’t use sashing.

                    Re: Pattern name

I just finished watching the rest of Eleanor's video. The title of the pattern is "Piece of Cake". It's made from 10" layer cake squares. But one could make the squares any size you want. You can cut your own squares from yardage or FQs or even use 5" charms. Using the larger squares results in a quicker finish since the blocks are so large. She referred to the sashing as lattice. Some of the quilts were made with no borders; others had wider borders. She recommends using fabric that is not directional. Depending on the fabric selection, the sashing could be black or any other color of your choice. Lots of possibilities with this pattern.

I agree that it would be simple to draft up the pattern. It is very similar to a pattern called "Take 5" with sashing added. Accuquilt made a die for the "Take 5" Patter.

I'll vouch for "take 5" being easy and fun. You really don't need any special tools. And you can start with just about any size center you want, as long as it is consistent.
