    Default Machine Applique - Fun!

Okay, I did it again. Went to clear up my sewing studio, but didn't get very far. Got hooked on doing a little machine applique. I'll chalk it up to being a little prepared for the holidays in 2020. Now to figure out what I'll do with these blocks.

Cute! The first thing I thought is that the tree needs some of that red to tie them all together and make some kind of block. Don't let me distract you though.

I agree. There is red on the top of the tree, but not much. I'll add a few red ornaments or maybe some red garland! Many thanks for the critique.

Cute. You're ahead of the game. Aren't these distractions a fun way to start the new year.

Thank you all for all the ideas! It may just end up as a wall hanging or if I keep going (tee hee) a king-size quilt (kidding, of course). Size at this point it is 22"x22". Blocks themselves were 7.5" Boarder fabric is ornaments. As suggested, I did add some red to the tree, but it doesn't show that well and certainly did make a difference. Pic from my phone isn't the best. PS Now I really have to do a cleanup! Click image for larger version.
