Default Copying a picture from an album

Hi! I haven't been on here for a long time. A few days ago I came back to the forum to copy a picture from one of my albums. Unfortunately, everything I tried didn't work. Any suggestions out there on how I can do this?

    Hi Sylvia,
    Long time no see :-)

I just went to one of your albums. I picked a picture and right clicked on it. I then clicked on save as and I was able to save it where ever I wanted on my computers. I saved it into My Documents. Didn't have a problem. I think you could also right click on any pic you wanted and then do a copy image. You could then just do a Copy to whatever file in your computer you would like to put it.

See if that works and good seeing you again.

Why do you want it to enlarge? I'm confused now. I just figured once I transfer it over to my computer files I can use one of my programs there to resize it if necessary?

You can enlarge it, but it just stretches the existing pixels and causes pixelation (distortion/fuzzy).

I was talking about posting pictures here and when you click on it it gets larger so you can see it better. A copy and paste from your album takes that away.

I suddenly can't post pictures from my Kindle either and have no photo program to resize. I wish M had not messed with that, cuz I never had problems before.

Pretty sure the size is limited now to save on server space. Since this is a free forum you can't really fault them for not wanting to have to keep adding more space since it costs them.

The enlarging deal here is a site perk, that isn't because of how they were uploaded

I decided to try and see if I could replicate what you were saying.

If you click on the first picture, in your album and "save as" you get one that won't expand.
If you double click on the picture to expand it in the album, then click "save as" your picture is larger and it will expand.

Thanks Karen, and I would like to clarify that I am not mad about not being able to post pictures. I am sure some people were wondering if I really can quilt at all since they never see pics of any of my projects. I really do know how to quilt though!!!
