    Default Iron recommendations -not Oliso

    Hello,

    I searched before posting this.

I had an Oliso for 4 years before it sprang a leak.

I replaced it with a Tfal, not sure of model name and even though itís about a year old, itís not as hot as it was.

I got spoiled by the 1800 watt Oliso, and donít like Rowenta. Looking for a cheaper hot iron.

    Sincerely appreciate any advice.

TRUTH is seldom appreciated, unless you happen to agree with it. When you don't agree, you just call it rude.

Linda I bought one at Giant Tiger for around $20. I really like it.

I'm still using my Black & Decker, too, but I haven't had it 17 yrs. It's heavier than some irons, but I'm satisfied. I like the fact that it doesn't shut off on you. Also, I like the controls better than other models. I bought mine at Amazon.

I bought one from Dollar General for $10 and it is doing excellent. It gets hot and has nice steam.
