    Default Cherry Mash

I made this as a mystery quilt with Kevin the Quilter. I call it Cherry Mash because the colors remind me of the old-fashioned candy made here in Missouri. The quilt is 75" x 92".

Perfect name! My eldest brother loved these candy bars and I have often sent them to him as they are often hard to find!

Beautiful quilt and an interesting correlation to a sweet candy.

I don't remember ever eating Cherry Mash candy. It sounds yummy. I did a web search for it & read up on the history of the company, which is located in St. Joseph, MO. I found 13 places in CO which sell it -- most are in the Denver Metro area. You can buy it on line. Minimum order is $15. They sell other candies as well. Interesting -- one of the CO stores which sells it is a Walgreen's.

Their web site states: "Because we sell Cherry Mash to distributors, it's hard to tell where you'll find our candies."

Your quilt looks as yummy as that candy. You have great talent for naming!
Toni ... If I keep sewing long enough, will they make their own dinner?
