    Default R.I.P.

My youngest daughter Josefines kitty went over the rainbow to day.

He was 15 plus years old and has gotten cancer in the bladder amongst other problems.

It was time for him to be released to the big hunting ground over the sky.

    He will be missed.

God, Grant me the serenity to accept the things I cannot change,
The stash to make a quilt to help me cope,
A quilt to give to comfort those I love in times of hurt, fear and uncertainty.
And the courage to keep on sewing when life itself seems held together by a single thread of hope.

I'm so sorry for the loss of a beloved fur baby. It's never easy but I'm certain you all have wonderful memories and moments.

Enjoy life and do what makes you happy. Everything else will follow.

Every day I try to do one thing that challenges my comfort zone.

It's so hard making those kind of decisions because the love of our fur babies is such a pure love. I'm so sorry for your loss, precious memories will bring comfort.

What a beautiful daughter you have. Give her a hug from all the "quilty ladies".

Sending hugs for you and your daughter. It is so hard to say goodbye to our furbabies. They will live forever in our hearts.

So sorry for you and your daughter. I have lost pets too and it's hard. You go in your sewing room and glance at their spot, and it's empty. No matter how much they got in your way or were underfoot, you miss the interruptions. She was a pretty old cat though and you gave her a nice long life.
