September 26 charge for a November delivery? That seems like an awfully long lag time. Is that normal?

I was also charged on 9/26 for the issue and I did call customer service about it late last week. Debbie told me they were sent from the publisher on 10/23 and if I did not receive mine by November 10th to call them back! My issue arrived Monday, November 4th.
