Help!

I need some help.... I'm making a Spun Diamonds quilt and I did one square in class and now I'm attempting to do another at home (no hard copy directions UGH!) … do the squares have to be 8x8 or 9x9... mine are coming out 8.5" x 9"???

Spun Diamonds? Is that a Jenny tutorial? Can you post a photo of your one completed block?

I don't know the pattern but depending on how you put them together, they may need to be the same width and height. Without seeing a picture of the pattern this is just a guess. Can you call the place you took the class?

The blocks look like they should be square to me. This looks very similar to the tesselating diamonds quilt pattern I found online at www.anniescatalog.com
