    Default Potato flour

I was a baker for so long but never had a recipe that called for it. I only need 2T. I found you can use corn starch as a sub. Anyway, any one with experience with potato flour in general?

Oh, I found a recipe for Hawaiian sweet rolls. If it turns out good I'll post it in Yummy

Potato flour is used in a lot of gluten free recipes!
Toni ... If I keep sewing long enough, will they make their own dinner?

We in Sweden use potato flour when we make cakes and as a thicken agent when we make food and deserts.

God, Grant me the serenity to accept the things I cannot change,
The stash to make a quilt to help me cope,
A quilt to give to comfort those I love in times of hurt, fear and uncertainty.
And the courage to keep on sewing when life itself seems held together by a single thread of hope.
