    Default Fudge brownie pie

This is an easy and delicious dessert.
    2 eggs
    1 c sugar
    1/2 c butter, melted
    1/3 c cocoa
    1/2 c unsifted flour
    1/4 t salt
    1/2 c chopped nuts [pecans]
    1 t vanilla
Beat eggs, add sugar and melted butter. Combine flour, cocoa and salt then add to egg mixture. Stir in nuts and vanilla
then pour into a lightly greased pie pan.
Bake at 350 degrees for 25-30 min. This will puff up and it will fall, don't worry.
Serve with ice cream and a drizzle of chocolate sauce.
It has been my company go-to dessert for many years and always appreciated.

I'd bake one today... if I had any eggs! I used a dozen to make deviled eggs for church lunch today. I couldn't believe by the time Jim and I got up to the table, there were only two halves left. He got one and I got the other. lol, guess who said, Deviled Eggs would be good with dinner tomorrow night.

I guess, I'm headed to the grocery store a little later!

That's sounds like a wonderful dessert. So I'm going to assume there is no crust. Correct?

Right, it is like a brownie in a pie pan.
