    Default Phone not being answered

    I tried calling 888-571-1122. It is Friday, Sept 27, 2019- 11:30 a.m. I keep getting a message stating that I am calling after hours and to call back another time. There is a problem with my order and I would like to get it corrected. What is happening here?

    My guess is that the staffing may be a bit thin since the birthday bash is going on and there are more crowds physically at the stores and the activities.

    I saw on fb that there were high winds and there was trouble with the phones

    I would send them a message (go to Contact Us at the bottom for the website)
    This happened a while back and I just sent them a message. I do think it might be hard to get ahold due it being the Birthday Bash and it's Friday (maybe??)

    I was able to get in touch with customer service and the problem was rectified. I am really unhappy that they don't include a packing slip with their shipments. I think they should. I always check the contents of the box with the packing slip.

    Me too. And the invoice is checked off, and if something is backordered or shipping in another box it's indicated on the invoice.

    This is a recent deal. My last one came without packing slip.
    TRUTH is seldom appreciated, unless you happen to agree with it. When you don't agree, you just call it rude.

    I have ordered 3 times this month they each had packing slip.

    It's interesting that you should mention. My recent order which was received within 5 days did not have a packing slip either. It always does. I do want to thank them for shipping it FedEx International Economy, which is better than my other order of Sept 16th still sitting in NJ, not sent international. I also ordered the DD which was to include a silicone iron plate. It did not.

    Enjoy life and do what makes you happy. Everything else will follow.

    Every day I try to do one thing that challenges my comfort zone.
