Looking for a font for baby quilt

Three years ago I made this quilt for a friend´s grandson and I put the phrase "A JUGAR" "TO PLAY" so she knows they can use it for more things to cover up. The letters are taken from a coloring page and applied to the machine. Her grandson looks adorable and calm and grandma so happy, congratulations

1st off what a handsome baby boy. Congratulations. What I've done when I needed lettering for applique is to purchase a couple alphabet stencils (Hobby Lobby, Michaels, etc). Just inexpensive plastic ones. I then trace what I want in reverse onto fusible and fuse that to the quilt top. If I need smaller or larger sizes I just reduce or enlarge on a copy machine then trace onto the fusible.

Thanks everyone! You all gave me some really good ideas here. This will probably be my winter project, as the baby is not lacking in any crib size blankets right now. Normally I make a quilt for their 2nd birthday and make it a twin size. Not sure yet what size I will make this one. Originally I thought if I couldn't find an alphabet online I would just go to the store and buy flash cards, if they still make such a thing. Thank you so much for the help.
