Not a Quilt but Finally a Finish!

I finally have something to show. The past few months have been difficult and crazy so I haven't been sewing as much. What I have been doing is carrying a busy bag to doctors, dentists, hospitals, long out of town car rides, and even short rides. This is a counted cross stitch I purchased from fatquartershop. What I like about it most is that I didn't have to do any backstitching! I got the frame at a resale shop in Branson for $5.00 and the mounting board was on sale at Hobby Lobby. It was fun to make and kept my mind off of worries. I've already started my next project.

I bought myself a tshirt after I was diagnosed with breast cancer that said...You're stronger than you think. You will get thru with faith & come out the other side better than before.

Almost forgot, love your wall hanging! And the frame IS perfect!

Beautiful work, an easy job to transport although you need good eyesight and a lot of patience, but your work has been really admirable

Wish I had learned how to embroider or cross stitch. I love the look and the different things that you can make. Thanks for sharing. Just continue to take one day at a time, you can do this.
