Disappearing hourglass crazy eights quilt.

I like the disappearing Hourglass and Triangle quilts. I saw this one and had to give it a try. I decided to make 2 blocks in two different colors combos and then before the final sew together take half of each block and switch them out. So each block has 4 colors in it rather than 2. Hope you like it. Have not gotten it quilted yet.

Oh I love how this turned out! Was it a real nightmare laying it out? It looks like it must have been a little tricky, so easy to get a block turned the wrong way by mistake. You did a great job!

The disappearing hourglass is very spectacular and with the fabrics you have used, it looks very nice and elegant, when quilting it will be a great quilt

It's beautiful! You can see, all of the secondary patterns that are created by putting the blocks side by side.

I did make one block and keep it in front of me to make sure i aligned it right But compared to Antique lace it was easy
