God, Grant me the serenity to accept the things I cannot change,
The stash to make a quilt to help me cope,
A quilt to give to comfort those I love in times of hurt, fear and uncertainty.
And the courage to keep on sewing when life itself seems held together by a single thread of hope.

Great way to use up bits from my stash.

Saved a copy. This would be great for one of my layer cakes I don't know what to do with. I wonder if I could enlarge the pattern to use all 42 squares? Each printed layer cake square makes two blocks, so 36 LC squares become 72 blocks in an 8x9 layout. 42 squares would make 84 blocks. You could make an 8x10 layout and have 4 extra blocks left over. Either way, I'd add borders to enlarge the quilt to a more generous throw size.

I like how the pattern allows for cutting off the pinked edges. So much easier to work with!
