    Default Folding Quilts for Shipping

God, Grant me the serenity to accept the things I cannot change,
The stash to make a quilt to help me cope,
A quilt to give to comfort those I love in times of hurt, fear and uncertainty.
And the courage to keep on sewing when life itself seems held together by a single thread of hope.

This was very interesting. I liked how they actually hung up each quilt on a rod to show how different folding methods create creases on the front or back. There is definitely a right and wrong way to do this. Thanks for the post. Hope a lot of people take time to watch it. It is only about 5 minutes.

Interesting! I'd like to see mailing tubes large enough for a rolled up quilt with pool noodle inside.

I really enjoyed watching this video and learned so much.. Thanks, Annika, for posting the link. I agree about trying to find a tube large enough for the rolled method. Not sure where I'd find one.

That was interesting. Something I will never need tho as my quilts won't ever be in a show like that! LOL I just wish they would have stressed that the bags should be see thru. That way if the box would be damaged and the quilt comes out it isn't in a black garbage bag and get tossed in the trash somehow. I've heard of that happening.
