Default MADE MY OWN PATTERN! Donna's FREE BEADS Quilt!

God, Grant me the serenity to accept the things I cannot change,
The stash to make a quilt to help me cope,
A quilt to give to comfort those I love in times of hurt, fear and uncertainty.
And the courage to keep on sewing when life itself seems held together by a single thread of hope.

I got email about this one. I love it. Simple and easy to make to suit any style of fabrics.

Enjoy life and do what makes you happy. Everything else will follow.

Every day I try to do one thing that challenges my comfort zone.

    I love this!

I have two layer cakes of Quill, the second line she used. I wish I could get motivated to make something with it!

Lovely quilt. Thanks for posting this, Annika!

I've had this theory that Donna Jordan always does a quilt to match her newest nail polish. I thought this video proved me wrong UNTIL she showed us the border she chose. Another match!

I like this one! I actually looked in my stash to see what fabrics I had to make it. I liked the look of the second quilt...much softer and warm looking.

I really like this one and how she laid it out using the alternating warm and cool colors.

This would make a great Christmas quilt using alternating red and green. I could use lots of scraps!

I am going to do this one next-ish. I need to do a quilt for my DGD new queen bed and have a butterfly jewels fat quarter pack in fuchsia that will be wonderful. Her new bed is upholstered in hot pink.
Of course I didn't have enough fabric so ordered more of the butterflies. Each one of the bigger squares will have a fussy cut butterfly. Now all I need is background which I will try to buy today locally. I don't know exactly how much I need since I am enlarging the pattern so getting it locally seems logical in case I need more.
