I have one of these huge rulers. I love it for squaring blocks. I purposely bought this size, and not the 12” square that was recommended to me. I use it a lot for cutting other things,too. I use it more than I thought I would!
I use my 12.5" sq. Creative Grids ruler more frequently than the 15.5" or the 16.5" ones I have. The one I use the most is the 6.5" sq. one. It works great for squaring up HSTs.
I used it when I made a sweatshirt quilt last Christmas. It worked great for the size of the prints on the sweatshirts... I didn't have to wrestle or turn it to rotary cut. I just put it on my large rotating mat. It was a big help!!
