Default Jenny & Ron at Festival of Quilts, Birmingham, England

I went to the above Festival at the weekend and had booked tickets to hear Jenny's talk. Worth every penny. She spoke for 2 hours, completely off the cuff. She started by explaining how the company started and then went onto demonstrating various patterns you could make using half square triangles. Each pattern she showed us was matched by a quilt that Ron, her fantastic quilt holder, brought onto stage. They were amazing. So many different patterns. She finished by talking about charity quilts and I don't think there was a dry eye in the theatre. At the end she received a standing ovation - well deserved. She had made us laugh, cry and taught us so much. And what a lovely couple.
So pleased that I had a chance to see her - and Ron.

I attended their trunk show in Hamilton, MO last year. It was a very memorable, inspiring time. Best money spent. There was also a few other members of the family in attendance.

Enjoy life and do what makes you happy. Everything else will follow.

Every day I try to do one thing that challenges my comfort zone.
