    Free Motion Quilting Demo

I have been asked to do a free motion quilting demo. I have been doing this for so long, I want to make sure of some early on pointers that you may have found out the hard way are communicated. What tips should I include in the 30 min slot I have? I will address execution when first starting and will compare it to kindergarten and learning to write. It takes a while to get good at it. I plan on covering DSM and longarm work.

What else? And Thanks for the input!
Blogging ahead.....research in quilting and sewing with a dab of cooking/recipes too.

I can think of gloves such as Machingers, keeping hands at angles and not move ahead of you don't feel you have control of the area. Relax your shoulders, good posture. Practice on paper until it is ingrained in your memory. And it might. It hurt to have a glass of wine, preferably sitting on a nearby table.
Enjoy life and do what makes you happy. Everything else will follow.
