    Default I'm telling... on me

I thought I was through with my hexie quilt. lol, little did I know, I'd have to take it off the bed and do some work on it again.

Geez... I didn't notice, Mike didn't notice. I'd put the dust ruffle on wrong side out. Last night before bed I saw the serged seams.

So, this morning, off came the quilt. With the ease of the gathers, I french seamed the serged seams in so a flat seam on the outside!

I'd already decided that I wanted to stitch around the outside of the binding, so while I had it off, I took care of that, too.

I do like the finishing touches on the wrong side of the quilt better this way.

Now that sounds like something I would do, actually done and didn't find the mistake till the top was put together and had to take it apart because of course the mistake was in the middle of the quilt.

Wow you really went all out to fix this. I think I would have left it as is. Turned out great tho. Next time I make a mistake like that I'll just send it to you LOL
