    I believe Jenny showed a tip on how to neatly cover the top of tote bag side seams. Can you for help? Thank you!

    you can do a french seam, if live in france there called english seams apparently.
    or
    what i do is sew the inside fabric to top seam outer fabric the do the sides leaving a turn hole in inside fabric base, makes the tote reversible

      just in-case your not sure of what a french seam is
      you sew the backs of fabrics (wrong sides) together within seam allowance then turn to put front of fabric (right sides) are together and sew the seam allowance, this should encase the raw edge, practice with some fabric first not the tote.

          I know about French seams and ended up doing that with my totes. Very pleased with the way it turned out. Thank you for responding.
