I got this far on My Night Sky quilt top yesterday. It was an easy sew, the most time consuming part was squaring up all those HSTs! Now, I want to make another one! Will add
Borders to this one, but not all the triangles Jenny used in her sample. It only took one half of a layer cake of print and half of solid, so I would rather make two tops from the two layer cakes than make a triangle border on one.

Hope to finish this top today and put it in the queue of quilts to finish!

    I do love star quilts!

Jean, you are indeed a machine, turning out all those wonderful quilts. I wish I had your talent and drive (and long arm too), haha
Blessed are the children of the piecemakers for they shall inherit the quilts!

That's a wonderful looking quilt, Jean. I will be making this one, too, sooner or later.

Right now, it is 49" by 57". I'm going to put a 2 " inner border and 5" outer border on it. I think it will end up roughly twin size.

Wow, this is beautiful and it's encouraging to know it can be made fairly quickly. I think this would be a great way to reduce my pile of precuts.

It's beautiful! Another quilt to put on the list of things to do.

Some patterns are made even more spectacular by their color choices. This is lovely.

WOW, you sure make fast work out of a pattern. Nice to know it can be made quickly. I agree, two quilts instead of a HST border on one is a winner.
