    New top d9p

So our group hosted a charm swap of 55 squares, for a total of 60 all different prints (5 were mine) We were told to place the neutrals in the 4 corners. I made black prints my neutrals, combined those for the remaining outer 4 squares with the prints received in the swap. The center scrap I assigned lighter or neutral prints. I really like how scrappy this turned out. I just went for the fabric swap, and walked away with a quilt top! Oh and I enjoyed good conversation with new and old friends!

The black pulls it all together. Nice job and how fun to do a swap and get some surprises!

Mistake? I don't see it, I see a beautiful quilt with a story all its own.
