    Default Tilo´s new quilt!

    Hi

I went to the quilt shop yesterday and picked up some batting.

I am experimenting on what kind of batting I will use for the maximum loft.

I am finally working up my nerve to attempt to quilt my Dream Big panel.

Josefine ( my youngest daughter ) was with me and she find the perfect fabric for Tilo ! ( my dog)

And I think he gave us his stamp of approval !

So here are pictures. Of my Practice with double batting 80/20 and some kind of poly batting that the owner of the shop recommended and of Tilo´s new quilt !

I sure do hope that MSQ fix their issues soon !

God, Grant me the serenity to accept the things I cannot change,
The stash to make a quilt to help me cope,
A quilt to give to comfort those I love in times of hurt, fear and uncertainty.
And the courage to keep on sewing when life itself seems held together by a single thread of hope.

    Beautiful quilting. Love Tilo's quilt.

Enjoy life and do what makes you happy. Everything else will follow.

Every day I try to do one thing that challenges my comfort zone.

    Thank you all !

I have finished outlining the dogfaces and are now contemplating on what to do in the background and sashing.
