Tuesday evening I removed a quilt from the LA frame and was preparing to trim the edges. I reached for my 60 mm rotary cutter, but it wasn't in it's usually spot on the pegboard.
Looked in the drawer where I store extra scissors & rotary cutters, nope not there either. Checked all the drawers at my sewing table (8 total), and under the table too, still hiding from me.
Looked everywhere in my sewing studio, even picking up the one little pile of to be put away fabrics, and checked the trash can (in case I accidentally knocked it off the table), then it occurred to me, I emptied the trash cans Sunday and the trash men came on Monday
So off to Joann's I went yesterday after work for a new 60 mm rotary cutter. Get home, square up the quilt, then measure it to determine how much binding I will need. Picked up my notepad to write down the measurement and guess what made an appearance......
Never fails, lose something, replace it, and the original shows up!
