Default finished 6 sets for my niece

I finished 6 table sets for my niece. Using her grandmother's linen and cotton, my niece's crib blanket as a binding and I sewed the napkins and crocheted the border. The napkin holders were hard to sew as I used a very old stiff linen (see the needle after I finished sewing.

Wow, that is beautiful. This is such a treasure to receive. I'm certain this gift will be all the more special since it has been made by her aunt.

Enjoy life and do what makes you happy. Everything else will follow.

Every day I try to do one thing that challenges my comfort zone.

These are so pretty and so resourceful of you to reuse those family heirlooms. Now they will be kept in the family for another hundred years!

What a wonderful way to use heirlooms that would probably end up in a hope chest hidden from view.
