Default Rob's 3 dudes quilt pattern

Hello, I am wondering if anyone has made this quilt bigger than what the pattern suggests. I would like to make a quilt for a queen size bed using this pattern. I have 2 aurora jelly rolls that are calling out for this pattern. If anyone has any ideas for me they would be appreciated. Thanks in advance. Sue Thompson

I have not tried it on this quilt. I would play with extra blocks and arrange them to see how it looks and it should work out with this pattern. That's usually what I do when I want to make a quilt larger. The other thing I do is add borders. Your color selection will make a gorgeous quilt too!! Can't wait to see pictures.

I made it larger for a friend for a queen size bed. It would probably fit a king size bed.

My friend had bought 1 jelly roll. Not enough. I found FQ bundles and cut more from yardage in the same line.

My best tip would be to measure your strip set and make them all consistent. Since I was using jelly roll and yardage, they were. Ot always the same, so I had to adjust to a really scant scant quarter inch. Whatever width it is, cut your block square.

Suzanne - Your quilt is beautiful. Love that pattern. I just haven't gotten to it yet but you inspire me to get to it.
