Every time I try to clean up my sewing area, I find something that delays my progress and initiates another project before I can get things put away.

I found this piece of Kaffee fabric that reminded me of eyeballs. LOL, yes, eyeballs! I'm having cataract surgery Tuesday so it seemed appropriate. I also located my Eleanor Burns triangle ruler to make some star points. Decided to make a dresser scarf.

Practiced small meandering, which I think is much more difficult than larger scale. I also wanted to practice some ruler work but not much area left to work except the sashes and border. So, do you think I should stop now or add more?

I love the way the small meander makes the star points pop up. I might do a little quilting in the sashing but I might just leave it popped up, too. Really nice work.

I love your work and the quilting is wonderful makes the star float, I like it that way but if you want to practice great meanders it will fit

That is one of my favorite Kaffe designs! I bought it with the black background and used all that up, and sadly could not get anymore. They have it with a variety of backgrounds, but I really liked that black.

It has always reminded me of those old candies or sliced glass tubing, like for beads.
