    Default 7 yards of what

I am doing a 100block100days pattern and it says the blocks require 7 yrds. The pattern is written for 4 different colors or you can use any number of colors you want. I was wondering if I use 4 colors what the break down would be. I emailed and asked and they said they had no breakdown for the amount of material for 3 or 4 blocks. So would I purchase equal amounts of each color. Any suggestions would be appreciated.
    Thank you.

There appear to be multiple versions of 100block100days. Are you doing the one from quiltingcompany.com, the Tula Pink City Sampler, or another version? They all use small 6" blocks. A great way to use up your scraps.

If you have no scraps I would start with 3 yards of background and one yard of each of your four selected colors. Maybe 4 yards of background just to be safe.
