You could possibly try something like what I call an "artist quilt. In this case I was featuring horses using various size bordered squares. Granted I used a "painting" designer's fabric from Spoonflower.com for the main feature but I'd think large prints would work too. Anyway you can see a sample of it here http://noelclassicquilts.com/wp/category/artistquilts/. I may also have it in one of my albums here with the forum but I'm not sure.

I had a fabric that featured different kinds of teapots and cups. I was able to fancy cut them all to one size, and alternate with 4-patches in complimentary colors. Really simple, but a good way to use that print.
Also, a lattice quilt would showcase the large florals. You could leave the 10" squares as they are, and connect each one with a white 1" or 1.5" border, and set the quilt on the diagonal.

I am currently working on a butterfly quilt using a great pattern for large prints. This is the second one I have made using this pattern and I used 2 layer cakes (10" squares).

Shoot me a message if you are interested in the pattern.

I have this one bookmarked. I like the florals that sewstephanie used.

If you have enough fabric, a large floral pattern could make a One Block Wonder. You need six repeats of the pattern for a One Block Wonder. You probably also need to buy one of the OBW books, as this isn't a quilt that "comes naturally."
