    Default suggestions for fat eighths

I have a small (10 piece) bundle of fat eighths that I'd like to use for a wall hanging but not having any luck finding a pattern I like. Problem is the dimensions of each piece, 9x21, doesn't leave me with many options. Any suggestions?

Maybe look over blocks that use charm packs? or dresden plates?

Maybe you'd like a wall hanging of a double wedding ring or a cathedral window.

Thanks guys. I had been to the Moda Bakeshop already. Probably should have added that I prefer a pattern that doesn't produce a lot of scraps, which will happen if I cut 5" blocks out of 9 inches of width.

See Pinterest. Search for "quilts from fat eighths." You knew I would say that right.

In the Turning Twenty patterns there are some for fat-eights. You might browse there.

If your fat eights are actually 9" then you can cut them into 4 1/2" squares with little waste. That size works well with 2 1/2" strips made into 4 patches. Alternating the two makes a nice scrappy quilt.

I don't cut up any fabrics ahead of time unless I know what sizes I'll need for a specific block pattern.
