    Default Irish Friends

Well, tomorrow is the last Friday of the kids' spring break! I squeaked in before the deadline! Now tomorrow, Irish Friends can visit with the wonderful ladies of Palm Tree Long Arm Quilting along with my Hex-a-lot, hexie quilt and my dining room table can get cleaned off!

This quilt is so pretty in classic blue and white. What I love about your quilts is that you make them big enough to cover the pillows and with a long drop. Beautiful job once again!

Your quilt is beautiful. I love the Irish chain, and with the friendship star, it will be the perfect gift.

Well done Katrina. Again, I still can't figure out how you manage to squeeze 30 hours in a 24 hour day.

Enjoy life and do what makes you happy. Everything else will follow.

Every day I try to do one thing that challenges my comfort zone.

Michele, I make them that way because my MIL and DH love them that way. Howard just hated sheets hanging below the quilt and Dot doesn't want to see the box or frame on her bed. So, I learned to make them bigger than necessary so they'd be used.

Now, I just tuck all the extra top sheet and blanket under DH's side of the bed and I don't worry about it, my side of the bed isn't seen from the door.
