As soon as I manage to fix my sewing machine, I might try this one again.
My old one is starting to fray in the patches. I probably used to week cotton fabric.

God, Grant me the serenity to accept the things I cannot change,
The stash to make a quilt to help me cope,
A quilt to give to comfort those I love in times of hurt, fear and uncertainty.
And the courage to keep on sewing when life itself seems held together by a single thread of hope.

Thanks for asking. She is doing great. She has come home from the USA and is currently living at home with me !

I was thinking Good Night Irene, too. I think it might be about time to make another one of those! It's nice to know it translates to another precut.
