Default More ruler quilting. KarenC what do you think?

Well, now I'm on a mission to 1. Finish as many UFOs as I can and 2. Learn to use my rulers on my longarm. So I picked a UFO from the pile and went to it with the rulers I have! Somewhat happy with how this one turned out! Each star got easier as I went along. First one took about an hour and a half, got it down to 25 minutes for the last ones! Some VERY SPECIAL baby girl will get this one!

You're making excellent progress with those rulers. I still haven't gotten comfortable with the curved rulers. I've done mostly straight lines. I used the straight rulers on my Rail Fence Star quilt, too. Yours turned out beautifully.

. Thanks ! My straight lines look much better than the curves, which are pretty wobbly! More practice needed!

You did a great job. I haven't tried it yet and I know it will take a learning curve

You did a great job. I find with rulers, it's about practice. I have them a try when I got my S26 and got hooked. It's not faster as I put more thought into the design, but they are addictive.

Enjoy life and do what makes you happy. Everything else will follow.

Every day I try to do one thing that challenges my comfort zone.

I just ordered a different ruler base, hoping to get more stability with the longer rulers. I'll report back once I get it and install it.

WOW WOW WOW!!!! You are going to town. I must say I am very impressed and a bit jealous. I really need to practice more myself, but lately when I get ready to quilt, I usually just want it done. Of course most of them have been charity quilts and I didn't want to spend that much time on them. I love how you did the different designs. You're doing awesome.
