    Default COUGAR LAP QUILT

Made this for my b-I-l who has had a mystery illness for the last year. After the last two months in the hospital he is relearning how to walk. He gets cold when he is sitting so I made this up for him. He was born and raised in Montana so I think it will please him. It took a panel and 8 fat quarters from Stonehenge.

I hope he recovers well. That quilt is both manly and gorgeous. I am sure it will be appreciated.

That cougar is a thoughtful centerpiece especially for a Montana man! Hope he recovers quickly.

Very manly quilt. I find it tough sometimes to find nice fabrics for a man quilt. You hit the spot. Hope your brother's recovery continues to progress nicely.

What a great quilt for a man. We have cougars (mountain lions) in Colo., too. This reminded me of years ago when we were visiting DH's parents in ID with all 4 school age boys, his mom fixed roast for supper. She asked how we liked it. It tasted fine. It was very lean meat. When we all were done eating, she told us it was cougar meat. Someone had given them a roast.

Its a beautiful quilt. I keep forgetting to use up my panels for fast and simple quilts. They are the best.

I hope your BIL recovers and that this quilt will bring him warmth.

That definitely is a man's quilt! I love how the Stonehenge blends and compliments the cougar panel so well. I hope your BIL is now able to recover and become stronger. I'm sure he is going to love this quilt.
