    I like to use the colors that resemble batiks, but aren't. Just swirly, shadings, tone-on-tone prints that use some of the same colors as the top, but don't "match."

    Your quilts look I have been wanting to do the cross one. I love the look of it. Right now I am working on Hunter Star. That is one I have been wanting to do since I started quilting but was too chicken.

    I will take two different tops and put one on front, other on back, and you have a reversible quilt, yeah. Two tops for one quilt, get rid of those ufo's
