    I've never had problems with shipping or the like with M*. I feel it's a great and fair company. I never would have even attempted quilting if it weren't for Jenny and M*. My only issue is I can't stop buying fabric!!! LOL

    I live in the middle of ocean and never had a problem. If I don't like the price I look somewhere else. What is so hard about that? I can bash the little country store down the street because they charge more for beer or eggs, but I pay for the convenience of not having to drive all the way down to a major market in traffic. And yes we have traffic!

    To be fair, M* has had a LOT of issues with shipping. There have been many threads on this in the past. Customer service has not always been the best either. That being said, I love the company, the family and the tutorials. And yes, they have good prices compared to other retailers.

    I would suggest the original poster contact Al, aka "Bill Nye" on this forum with your concerns.

    the only items I do not buy are the ones on SALE for 25 cents less. Really? not a sale to me.

    I feel like I'm feeding this strange persons wants. What a great forum that they let someone openly criticize them for no good reason. I don't see this poster as being part of our community and would not be offended if M* banned them from further commoraderie.

    The thing is, opinions are kind of like belly buttons. If you are human, you have one, and sometimes they show. None of them are "better", just "different".

    I totally agree. MSQC has excellent customer service and every one I have ever spoken with has always been very kind and gracious. Having worked in a call center before this is not an easy task. Great job MSQC team!!!
    I am new to piecing and quilting. I love the selection and the tutorials. I have a hard time not buying fabric. They have better prices than most others I have seen.

    I beg to differ. There is a big difference between constructive criticism and complaining. Some people, though, are just born complainers. They suck the energy out of those who have to be around them.
