Nine Patch and Pinwheels PDF

I just decided to use this pattern for a layer cake I have. I couldn't help but notice that the hourglass blocks in Column 2 are all turned wrong. It was giving me a headache looking at it! Maybe it could be corrected so it doesn't confuse someone?

I think one can turn hour glass blocks either way you want.
