    Default Bear panel

I bought this cute panel just because it was cute. I couldn't make myself go work on anything in my sewing room but this came and that helped. almost done with it.

That's really nice. I think panels are a little hard to figure out what to do with them. You have a good eye for mix and match.

I like working with panels. I have several in my stash. Most are for babies/kids, but I have some for adults as well. I have bought matching or coordinating fabrics for the borders. Too many things on my to-do list!

That's so cute, and makes me think of my Great Grandma. She was sitting on the porch snapping beans. She didn't have her glasses on and saw what she thought was her dog coming down the mountain road. She called and called trying to get the dog to come sit with her on the porch (mainly to get it off the road). She put her beans down and started off the porch when the real dog came out from behind the house. She'd been calling and fussing at a black bear. Needless to say, her dog wasn't pleased with GGma being so close to a bear. Then she really did have to call and fuss at that dog, but the bear left voluntarily with a little encouragement from GGMa's dog.

OH my, bears for real!!! I am not adverse to panels. I usually think of putting them on the back of a quilt. I still have more panels. i got some Gustav Klimt ones. the kiss and the woman I think. So one day....
I dug in my scraps for the bear one.
