Default Resizing thr Missouri Star quilt block.

    Hi,
My quilt group exchanged fat eighths (9” x 22”) of Kona solids. I would like to make the Missouri Star quilt block, but the tutorial calls for 10 inch squares (layer cakes). How do I figure out the measurements to downsize to use a 9 inch square, so I can use the fat eighths? Thank you.

I would just cut your fat eights to 9" square. Follow the same process, directions. Square up your blocks to the smallest size of HST.

Enjoy life and do what makes you happy. Everything else will follow.

Every day I try to do one thing that challenges my comfort zone.
