    Default My son's quilt

Finished my son's bday quilt. I decided not to cut the eagle up like shadow boxes I know he would like it much better in one piece. He was a Marine for 12 years, Army for 6 and then went into the National Guards his heart is for this country he bleeds red white and blue lol, I hope he loves it. Mahalo

Wow that quilt is completely amazing, you did such an excellent job. He will probably cry when he sees it, no actually you probably both will!! My BIL would pay a million dollars for that, he is so patriotic he has U.S. Flags in every room of the house and two flag poles outside and a flag for the Honor Flights too. And please thank your son for his service. We are so indebted to the people who serve in the military.

Beautiful. Please also thanks to him and your entire family for his service. I understand that the family left at home is contributing a lot while the seerviceman/woman are serving.

Great quilt! He's going to love it. I think you made a good decision to leave the panel in one piece rather than cutting it up. It makes a strong statement!

Blessed are the children of the piecemakers for they shall inherit the quilts!
