Thanks Caleb! You know we're quilters and pay attention to details.

Hi again, I've noticed a slight variation on sale prices going up (and only because I happened to be paying attention to a specific product)...

A kit was on sale previously for $79.xx at midnight last night. This morning, it is on sale for the low low price of $93.46. I think your sale pricing algorithm might still have a few bugs...

I have found that when they have % off sale the sale price is on the MRSP not M* price and I thank that is bad business practice
so I don't think I will be shopping with M* any longer

Keep in mind that M* everyday price on yardage and precuts are lower priced then other companies and when you add in the low price in shipping and their dAily deals, daily and weekly specials it will still be my go to place to shop.

Folks -- also keep in mind that M* has one of the largest (if not the largest) inventory of fabrics to be found anywhere. The software needed to run this operation had to be engineered from scratch -- the off the shelf products offered by others could not handle M*'s inventory or requirements (I personally know of two LQS that migrated to some of the "best" software for fabric stores -- it was a complete disaster which killed their online sales). That means that there are bound to be some glitches in the system, but as you can see if you use this forum to point out the issues, the M* team will look into and address the issues.

Keep up the good work M*!

Crafty does the same thing --take the discount off the MRSP price and not their regular price when they run a sale or offer a % off. I just kinda figured this was standard industry practice.
