ID:	152131Old Sewer sent a fabulous box of fabric, blocks, tops, and pieces and these were blocks that she had sewn in blocks of 9. I put them together. Later, Sharon told me she had planned on a DP9 but it was too late...so I thought the fancy quilting of leaves would make it look like fall.
Now, these leaves are not the meandering leaves that I did before, these might be called ferns for all I know but I had fun making them and I think they fit the fabric nicely.
Thank you Sharon, for this fabulous donation to the Shriner Project

Oh wow. The fern leaves in the variegated thread are fabulous. You have transformed this quilt top. Love the leaf binding too.

    Amazing!
Now for those that are new around here, Terry please explain what you do with these quilts, who benefits from the sale, where they are sold, if there is a place where we can bid/buy and finally, what donations are you looking for-completed quilts (sizes desired) tops, backing, bindings, batting? This is such a great way for us to help, but some may not be aware of the process.
