    Default Well, poo!

I think it's time for me to just quit. I've been planning this hanger to go on the pantry door http://sotakhandmade.blogspot.com/20...-tutorial.html . So, I bought some stiff pelon shaping and cut it out according to the length and width that I needed.

My first mistake, I didn't label or mark that piece. So went got my black fabric for the front and back, cut it to the right size. Left the room again to go get the batting and picked up the 'scrap' piece of shaping. Yes, it was the smaller piece. Ask me when I put two and two together. Not when I put the black fabric on the smaller piece. Not when I quilted it all.

Sometimes I really do wonder about my brain! Now to go back and find some more batting scraps, and the black fabric. It's going to be fine, just frustrating.

    That is really cute.
I have done that before also. When I do I decide it must time to take a break...even if I just started. LOL

Oh, like the song says 'Momma said there would be like this, My Momma said".

There's nothing wrong with your brain, you're just doing too much. Put it aside. Kick up your heels, and enjoy the moment, if that's possible.

We all have those days. Sometimes, they just hit us too many days in a row.

Enjoy life and do what makes you happy. Everything else will follow.

Every day I try to do one thing that challenges my comfort zone.

Katrina, I AM WITH YOU!!! I have more than once cut something out and put the right sized piece aside and used the "discard piece". ARGH!, but I don't think too many of us haven't had this happen. You're right..."it'll be fine"! (Hugs) just to get you through revamping.

I've done things like that, so I know how you feel! It sounds like you see a path forward to fix it, is that right? I hope so!

I won't let it defeat me, that's for sure! It's ready for binding. Since Mike's on the way home, I'd best be cleaning off the table for him to eat dinner.

Don't beat yourself up over this. At least you knew right away what mistake you made and it looks great now that it's all done!

Most of us have done the same thing. And that organizer is cute! You'll knock it out in a blink tomorrow,
