Re: Controlled Scrappy Quilt [Stash Buster]
Absolutely LOVE this technique.

Very cool layout and I especially love the border. I feel the same way about scraps. You feel like you're really putting a dent in them, then once you start digging they seem to multiply.

Re: Controlled Scrappy Quilt [Stash Buster]
Sheep Farmer....Cool, very cool, quilt! I love that idea for using scraps. Wanna come and use up some of mine???
Ha ha
I just today noticed your "The Farm" link under your cute picture! Oh my gosh, how interesting your info is about the sheep and the dogs. I have never heard of either breed for the sheep and the dog. Loved reading the info. What an interesting life you have. And a lot of work! Thanks for posting your quilt and the info on your farm.

Re: Controlled Scrappy Quilt [Stash Buster]
I think those scraps multiply with use! I made 5 quilts this winter, all scrappy, and I used a lot of pieces.....but my boxes are still stuffed! I will NEVER get them all gone!
