Pecking order quilt

I finished this last week and it's a gift for my son's girlfriend who is graduating with her masters degree. I had so much fun making the pecking order quilt I've started another one. It's a very easy pattern. It uses 1 print charm pack and 4 background charm packs. Jenny's tutorial was spot on and was an excellent guide for making this quilt.

I am making a "Solstice" quilt using this pattern. It will be a wedding gift for my friend who reconnected with an old flame last summer during the solstice event!

I'm working on my second pecking order quilt this weekend. This one is made with a batik charm pack and Bela white charm packs.

I love this quilt. I can see so many variations just by changing the fabric. I will make one some day....it's on the LIST.
